A desperate father flees across a barren, nightmarish desert with his wife and daughter from a monstrous creature lurking within the dark twisted world.
Ethan, a desperate father, tries to escape a nightmarish world by sailing away with his wife and daughter, but they are being followed by a sinister creature. When the boat disappears, Ethan is left with no choice but to flee and run with his family to a decrepit house on a hill where Ethan's reality begins to slip away and truths of his past come to light. He must confront both himself and the monster in order to escape with his family and his sanity.
